Are you new to our studio? The FUNDAMENTALS SERIES is an exciting pre-requisite series that explores breath, awareness, mobility, stability, strength and play! These skills are necessary whether you are interested in better health, looking to improve your posture, avoid injuries, or train for your sport.This class builds foundational strength and teaches you key movement skills that will support you in all areas of your life as well as moving into more challenging exercises in levels 1-5.
